We have successfully moved workers on a Work Permit basis, all over the world.
Some examples of this are Mexican workers to UK, Ireland, Canada and USA.
Latin American workers to UK Canada and Ireland.
Philippines workers to UK and Ireland, and soon to USA.
For too long, companies have looked at labour requirements to be sourced locally, often competing with local employers and competing with increasing packages in a race to the bottom.
Anecdotally, we were aware that there are great workers in all countries. So, we set about figuring it out.
We went to Mexico and Latin America and established this fact for ourselves.
Moving to another country to work, sometimes half way across the Globe, is a huge challenge for any worker, however highly qualified. We have built this trust and confidence in our workers, and it is our greatest achievement, that we gave gained their unequivocal trust and confidence. They enjoy full support and hand holding from our team from moment of engagement to starting work, and even beyond as they settle in to their new environment.
In return, workers are loyal to their employers, and have no desire to change employers…this is a huge incentive to clients having the knowledge of security of engagement of workers on a long term basis.
We are good at this all embracing business of finding the right worker, delivering the required Work Permit/Visa, moving him/her thousands of miles to a new employer, and delivering a seamless solution for our clients.
Challenge is, most employers do not know that we exist, but slowly and surely, we will get opportunities to demonstrate to many more potential clients, the value and efficacy of our offering.
